The 2017 ArtsMarket Exhibit Hall is located in the Durham Convention Center, conveniently connected to both the Carolina Theatre (showcase location) and the Durham Marriott City Center hotel. Exhibitor registration covers the cost of two conference delegates representing your company. Within two weeks of registration all exhibitors will receive an email with your booth assigment and additional details.

ArtsMarket will provide standard black 10'w x 8'd x 8'h pipe-and-drape style exhibit booths. Each booth will be furnished with a draped 8' skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. ArtsMarket will provide standard, 7"x44" booth ID signs; you are encouraged to bring your own banners and other signage for your booth (don't forget your s-hooks!).

During registration, you are asked to list your top three booth preferences; please refer to the diagram in the Documents at the bottom of this page to choose. Booth assignments are made in the order registrations are received. We will work to assign one of your preferred locations, although such placement is not guaranteed.

Electrical service (120-V Single Phase 20 amps) is available for your booth at a rate of $60. To order electricity, simply add it to your cart during the registration process. If you decide to add electricity later, you can place a separate order prior to the registration closing date, October 20. No on-site orders can be accommodated.

Exhibits may be set up from 10:00am-4:00pm on Monday, November 6th and from 8:30am-10:30am on Tuesday, November 7th. The Durham Convention Center loading dock is located at 152 E. Chapel Hill St., Durham, NC 27701 and will be open during all load-in hours to drop-off materials. If you are staying at the Marriott, you may find it more convenient to use the hotel entrance for load-in.

Exhibitors may set up their own video/audio equipment in their booths. All A/V equipment must be muted or have headphones. Use of A/V equipment without headphones is prohibited.

Exhibitors may display musical instruments but may not play them during exhibit hall hours. Live performances are prohibited in the exhibit hall.

The NC Presenters Consortium and NC Arts Council reserve the right to prohibit any exhibit or portion of an exhibit that is deemed unacceptable. Exhibits may not extend past booth boundaries. Occupants of aisle-end booths may not presume use of the booth's aisle-exterior wall for their own additional display. NAPAMA-issued guidelines for conference behavior are expected to be followed by all exhibitors. No person will be permitted into the exhibit hall at any time without proper conference credentials.

Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own valuables, including equipment. The exhibit hall doors will be locked when the hall is not open. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Durham Convention Center, The Carolina Theatre, the NC Presenters Consortium, and the NC Arts Council from any and all claims, losses, expenses, theft, damage, and injuries to persons resulting from any act, omission, or negligence on the part of the exhibitor. The exhibitor is responsible for any damage to property in the exhibit hall.

Requests for refunds on or before Friday, October 13, 2017 will be honored, less a 25% processing fee. Such requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be available after October 13, 2017.
