A brand-new opportunity at ArtsMarket Southeast 2026
This year, we're launching a brand-new evening showcase format: ArtsMarket After Hours. Two independent showcase blocks will take place at the Durham Convention Center — one on Monday, November 2 from 9:40–11:00 PM, and one on Tuesday, November 3 from 10:15–11:35 PM. Each block features four 15-minute performance slots, and we're looking for two producers to bring them to life.
We're excited to build this pilot format with the ArtsMarket community — read on to learn what it means to produce a block, and how to express interest.
What does it mean to be an After Hours producer? As a producer, this block is yours. You curate the artists, shape the experience, and put your name on it. Think of it as your own showcase room — a dedicated space where the presenters, agents, and industry leaders attending ArtsMarket Southeast come to discover what you're championing.
InvestmentEach 15-minute performance slot is offered at $2,500, for a total of $10,000 per four-slot block. For comparison, similar slots at our Annual Meeting were offered at $2,000; the increase reflects the larger, industry-wide audience ArtsMarket brings together. Why this mattersArtsMarket Southeast brings together the performing arts leaders who are actively building their seasons right now. An After Hours block puts your curatorial voice in front of that room — it's the most direct, highest-visibility opportunity we've ever offered at ArtsMarket Southeast. With only two blocks available, interest is expected to move quickly. Contact us to learn more or express interest. Note: Producer selection may be limited to available slots and is subject to NCPC confirmation. |
