What does it mean to be an After Hours producer?

As a producer, each 15-min performance slot booked is yours. You curate the artists, shape the experience, and put your name on it. Think of it as your own showcase —- a dedicated space where the presenters, agents, and industry leaders attending ArtsMarket Southeast come to discover what you're championing.

• You select and invite the artists who will fill your performance slots (Note: specific lineup placement within the block is at the discretion of our stage manager, who you'll be connected with upon acceptance— only two performance slots for Tuesday remain available)
• You set your own artist participation fees and manage those relationships directly 
• NCPC handles the room, the logistics, and the conference audience — you handle the vision
• Our production team and stage manager, Tess Mangum of Sonic Pie Productions, will be on-site to handle technical needs and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Your organization receives prominent recognition as an After Hours Showcase producer throughout the conference

Investment

Each 15-minute performance slot is offered at $2,500, for a total of $10,000 if you opt to produce an entire four-slot block. For comparison, similar slots at our Annual Meeting were offered at $2,000; the increase reflects the larger, industry-wide audience ArtsMarket brings together.
