Exhibitor Info & Policies





An exhibitor is a performing artist or an agent/manager representative attending ArtsMarket 2019 on behalf of a performing artist/company in order to promote, engage and connect with potential presenters and arts service organizations.

The 2019 ArtsMarket Exhibit Hall is located in the Durham Convention Center, conveniently connected to both the Carolina Theatre (showcase location) and the Durham Marriott City Center hotel. Exhibitor registration covers the cost of two conference delegates representing your company.

ArtsMarket will provide standard black 10'w x 8'd x 8'h pipe-and-drape style exhibit booths. Each booth will be furnished with a draped 8' skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. ArtsMarket will provide standard, 7"x44" booth ID signs; you are encouraged to bring your own banners and other signage for your booth (don't forget your s-hooks!).

Electrical service (120-V Single Phase 20 amps) is available for your booth at a rate of $60. To order electricity, simply add it to your cart during the registration process. If you decide to add electricity later, you can place a separate order prior to the registration closing date, October 18. No on-site orders can be accommodated.

Exhibits may be set up from 10:00am-4:00pm on Monday, November 4th and from 9:00am-11:00am on Tuesday, November 5th. The Durham Convention Center loading dock is located at 152 E. Chapel Hill St., Durham, NC 27701 and will be open during all load-in hours to drop-off materials. If you are staying at the Marriott, you may find it more convenient to use the hotel entrance for load-in.
