Session Title: Marketing Mastery: New Ad Strategies and AI Tools to Sell More Tickets

Presented by: Bryant Chappell, Rockhouse Partners & Jared McEntire, Etix's Director of Product Marketing

Session Description: In the session's first half, Rockhouse Partners' Bryant Chappell will break down the latest and greatest digital ad strategies for selling live event tickets. He’ll examine how ad platforms – like Meta and Google – have drastically changed how their ads are optimized and served. Additionally, new privacy standards and state laws have greatly limited these ad platforms' ability to track and target users. All of these changes have made ads less effective compared to just a few short years ago. Bryant will discuss how to approach our advertising reality head-on and offer new practices paired with proven marketing concepts to help increase ticket sales. Next, join Etix's Director of Product Marketing, Jared McEntire, in a demystifying examination of Artificial Intelligence models. He’ll explore real-world strategies for how the latest AI tools can save time, boost efficiency, and offer innovative (and sometimes surprising) solutions to navigate today's business ecosystem without sacrificing your unique creativity.
