Exhibitor Registration Deadline: Wednesday, September 30th OR until all exhibit tables are sold.

Exhibitors/Exhibitor Delegates Cancellation/Refunds Dates and Information:

Requests for refunds on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026 will be honored, less a 30% processing fee. Such requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be available for exhibitors after Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Presenters Registration Deadline: September 30, 2026

Presenters Cancellation/Refunds Dates and Information:

Requests for refunds on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026 will be honored, less a 30% processing fee. Such requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be available for presenters after Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Showcase Artists: Live, Virtual and TYA Conference Registration Deadline: September 15, 2026

Showcase Artists (Live, Virtual, and TYA) Cancellation/Refunds Dates and Information:

Showcase cancellation and requests for production fee and/or exhibit table refunds on or before Tuesday, September 15, 2026 will be honored, less a 30% processing fee. Such requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be available for showcase artists after Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
