Early bird registration: (March 20th-April 27th, 2026) $280

Regular registration: (April 28th-June 5th, 2026) $325

Note: Attendees may bring a Monday Night dinner guest for an additional $60 per guest. Please be sure to register and pay for your guest when completing your registration.

NCPC Events or Meeting Refund Policy

(Winter Booking Meeting, Fall Block-Booking Meeting & Annual Meeting)

Requests for refunds for NCPC events or meetings will be honored based on the following: 100% refund if requested two weeks before the event start date.
Refunds will not be available for registrants after the two-week period.
