NCPC 2026 Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

We are excited to share upcoming sponsorship opportunities for our 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place in Boone, NC at the Appalachian Theatre of the High Country.

NCPC’s Annual Meeting is a three-day event focused on professional development and networking. It features professional development sessions and roundtable discussions on member-requested topics. The meeting also includes the annual business meeting, artist and agent pitches, showcases, and numerous networking opportunities. Open to all NCPC member categories, it offers the most face-to-face interaction for artists, agents, and presenters to build valuable connections.

With three opportunities which include a live showcase opportunity and guaranteed pitch spot at the agent/artist pitch, this is a great opportunity to showcase what you have to offer with our membership!

Event Sponsorship with Live Showcase Opportunity ($2000 each)


Available Opportunities

    • Annual Meeting Dinner
    • Annual Meeting Welcome Breakfast
    • Annual Meeting Lunch
    • Annual Meeting Roundtable Breakfast

Sponsorship Inclusions:

      • Opportunity to showcase in-person - one artist or artist group for 15 minutes during the showcase block which will take place following dinner on Monday, June 15. 

      • One complimentary conference registration

      • Guaranteed pitch spot at the agent/artist pitch session

      • Dedicated Signage as a Meeting Sponsor: Your organization's commitment to supporting the Annual Meeting will be prominently displayed with dedicated signage at the event featuring your organization’s logo.

      • Recognition in any printed or virtual materials shared directly with attendees during the event including event daily emails and any printed programs if applicable. Please note that this DOES NOT include periodic event advertising communications sent to the entire membership. 

      • Verbal recognition of sponsorship at the event

      • Printed Marketing Materials Distribution: Connect directly with attending presenters by providing printed marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, or business cards. These items will be shared during your chosen sponsor event

        Coffee & Snack Sponsorship ($250)

        We’re excited to offer one Coffee & Snack Sponsorship designed specifically for an independent artist who wants meaningful visibility with Annual Meeting attendees. This sponsorship provides a unique opportunity to connect directly with presenters and agents in a relaxed, high-traffic setting while sharing information about your work and touring offerings.

        Sponsorship Inclusions:

        • Printed Marketing Materials Distribution: Connect directly with attending presenters by providing printed marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, or business cards. These items will be shared during your chosen sponsor event.
        • Tabletop Sponsor Signage: Receive dedicated signage placed directly on the Coffee & Snack table, ensuring visible recognition in this high-traffic gathering space.
        • Recognition of your organization in any printed or virtual materials shared directly with attendees during the event including event daily emails and any printed programs if applicable. Please note that this DOES NOT include periodic event advertising communications sent to the entire membership. 
        • Verbal recognition of sponsorship at the event

        Logo placement on the event registration page

        Logo placement on sponsor announcement to members and on social media

        Logo placement with link on the event webpage if applicable

          Sponsorship Notes

          NCPC will have final approval of all sponsorship opportunities. 

          Organizations/Artists may share a sponsorship (50/50) however, they will also need to share perks. 

          Sponsor logo placement MAY NOT be included in event advertisement emails or social media posts; however they will be included on the links shared in those emails. 

          By electing to sponsor, you understand that additional perks will not be added by request or negotiating but may be added by NCPC if/when possible.
