Agent, Manager & Artist Pitch Sessions

Pitch sessions are one of the highlights of NCPC's Annual Meeting, offering agents, managers, and artists a dedicated opportunity to share their work and connect directly with presenters.

Who Can Pitch? Pitch sessions are open to registered agents, managers, and artists. Registration for the Annual Meeting is required to participate. Event and annual sponsors are given priority placement; remaining spots are assigned in order of registration until all slots are filled.

When Do Pitches Take Place? Pitch sessions will be held on Tuesday, June 16 from 1:30–3:35 PM.

What to Expect Each pitcher receives 5 minutes, which includes the option to show one (1) promotional video of your choice. A 1-minute transition time between pitches will be observed and the schedule will be enforced by a timekeeper. You may use your pitch time however you'd like — introduce yourself, share your roster, show a video, or simply talk about what you offer.

Next Steps Once you have registered, Ruthie will reach out with further details including video submission instructions and your assigned pitch time.
