Thank you for registering as an exhibitor at ArtsMarket 2025! Below you will find helpful information regarding exhibiting. Your booth assignment will be emailed to you the week following the registration closing date of October 1st, 2025.
Your registration fee covers your Exhibit Hall booth space, one 6ft. table, a sign hung on the back pipe and drape with your booth number and organization name as requested on your registration, one black tablecloth, 4 chairs, and a wastebasket. Exhibit spaces are assigned by the ArtsMarket Team - no specific requests for specific spaces are accepted.
New this year!The Best in Show award will honor the exhibitor whose booth reflects the creativity and flair of Queen Louisa Hart—beloved NCPC President (2006–2008) and longtime Executive Director of the High Point Theatre. The winner receives a blue ribbon, framed certificate, and special recognition with a one-of-a-kind trophy by former NCPC Board member Scotty Henley—on display throughout the conference and returning at each ArtsMarket. As Queen Louisa declared: “The show WILL go on!” |

Independent ShowcasesArtsMarket does not facilitate independent showcases. Food & BeverageThe Durham Convention Center retains the exclusive right to provide and control all food and beverage services in the building. Outside food is not allowed. Security/LiabilityExhibitors are responsible for the security of their own valuables, including equipment. The exhibit hall doors will be locked when the hall is not open. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Durham Convention Center, The Carolina Theatre, the NC Presenters Consortium, and the NC Arts Council from any and all claims, losses, expenses, theft, damage, and injuries to persons resulting from any act, omission, or negligence on the part of the exhibitor. The exhibitor is responsible for any damage to convention center property in the exhibit hall. Cancellation/RefundsRequests for refunds on or before Wednesday, October 1, 2025 will be honored, less a 30% processing fee. Such requests must be made in writing. No refunds will be available for exhibitors after Wednesday, October 1, 2025. GeneralThe NC Presenters Consortium and NC Arts Council reserve the right to prohibit any exhibit or portion of an exhibit that is deemed unacceptable. Exhibitors who refuse to comply with the Exhibitor Policies and Conference Policies may be removed from the ArtsMarket conference at the conference leadership’s discretion with no refunds. Loading/Unloading: Exhibitors who are driving and have a lot of materials to unload are encouraged to use the DCC loading dock on E. Chapel Hill Street (look for the A-Frame signs). Please pull inside the large garage door - do not park on the street. There is a circular drive inside the dock with room for only 3-4 vehicles at one time, so no long-term parking is allowed. Volunteers will be available to assist you with unloading. Please drop off your equipment and materials at your table, return quickly to your vehicle, and exit the loading dock. Your cooperation will help tremendously with the smooth flow of traffic. You are not required to have signed in at the Registration Table prior to unloading through the dock. Once you’re finished unloading, you may park your vehicle at one of the city parking decks nearby or at your hotel if you have already checked in. The most convenient is the Durham Centre Parking Garage on 300 W. Morgan Street (directly across from DCC main entrance and Carolina Theatre).Parking: The Durham Centre Parking Garage is located at 300 W. Morgan Street. The normal rate is $2.25 per hour with a max of $24.75 per day. We will have pre-paid daily discount parking stickers that are to be affixed to the issued parking ticket for $10 The $10 (per day needed) must be paid in advance as part of registration. No overnight parking is allowed with these day-only parking passes.
